At Corsi-Fit, the well-being of all our employees is essential. We implement a number of initiatives to this end throughout the year.

We punctuate our calendar with convivial events. We take advantage of key dates in the year to encourage exchanges, understanding between services and proximity. The traditional smell of pancakes in February, the galette in January, Secret Santa and our Advent calendar in December are just some of the annual highlights.
We regularly share tips on how to improve everyone's day-to-day lives. We provide reminders about good posture and the resources available, and we also offer teams the chance to take part in the team derby marathon.
We organise a monthly internal get-together, sharing one recipe per month. Whether savoury or sweet, it's a chance to try out a new seasonal recipe, suggest your own and sometimes even share it with colleagues.
We're also encouraging exchanges by setting up Steeple, our internal social network. It allows us to give a voice back to all the members of the company, bringing our teams and our sites closer together around news and sharing, as well as sports events with predictions, for example. We can follow our objectives and the lives of our colleagues from our mobile application, touch screen or computer.
